「Sehr herzlicher Check-In. Tolles Ambiente, wunderschöner Außenbereich mit beheiztem Pool. Das Zimmer war wunderschön. Einzige Anmerkung: Die Vorhänge haben nachts viel Licht ins Zimmer gebracht. (Straßenlaterne) Es war dadurch sehr hell im Zimmer. Ansonsten wäre es perfekt gewesen.」

「Place looked like an abandoned building , this was not a hotel it is hostel , it says or at least pictured with a private bathroom and it was not , this was a shared bathroom and kitchen with at least another 4 rooms , it was dirty , unsafe , weird people inside and outside the building , a trash container just right in front of the main entrance with people searching in it for sonething a guy was urinating just aside the container , this was a complete fraud , i purchase the cancellation...

「Finger weg – eine einzige Katastrophe! Bewertung: Diese Unterkunft war eine absolute Zumutung! Schon beim Betreten starker Uringeruch im WC, Schimmel an Waschbecken, Fliesen und in der Dusche. Die Dusche war defekt und undicht – Duschen unmöglich. Küche verdreckt, Wasserkocher voller Kalk, Ofen innen stark verschmutzt, Kühlschrank vereist und unbenutzbar. Für fünf Personen nur zwei Handtücher und kaum Toilettenpapier! Das Bett staubig, Kopfteil seit Ewigkeiten nicht gereinigt. Baustelle direkt...

「This is an event hotel, as its name. Kinda far from Vienna city center, and the only place to go nearby is a shopping mall, so-called the biggest one in Europe. However, it is close around 19:00 in general, and not open on Sunday. The hotel is kind of old and needs to be re-newed, while its frequent events making the maintenance kind of difficult. Business in this hotel is ok, but not romantic trip.」

「If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
