Great stay!

Our stay in this Airnbnb was so pleasant that we cannot think of any negative comments afterwards. Everything is available, even mats for the pebble beaches! And the air conditioning for the beautiful bedrooms is an added value. The location is very convenient for shopping and the town of Malinska is only a 5-minute drive from the residence. There is also a nice restaurant 2 blocks from the residence. Top accommodation! Happy greetings, Sheila, Arnaud, Emi and Steven.

Great stay!

WHAT WE DID NOT LIKE: First of all: Do not be fooled by the pictures of the outside. THIS IS NOT A STAND-ALONE VILLA WITH LOTS OF FREE SPACE AROUND. The pictures must be from more than one year ago. Now, there are other buildings all around the place. One, directly adjacent to the pool is just being built right now. So your neighbors are very very close. You will see and hear them directly. I clearly felt misled by the pictures. If I had known how closely surrounded it is with other buildings I wouldn't have booked it for the price. Second, our Check-In Time was changed manually from 14:00 to 16:00 one day before our arrival. I took the chance and asked in advance if there might be a chance for us to check in a bit early as the kids would be desperate to get into the house after a long trip from GER. The host responded that there is no chance for that, that I should have booked the night before that if I wanted to check in early AND THEN MANUALLY CHANGED THE CHECK-IN TIME TO 2 HOURS LATER. Super hostile behavior by the host. Really bummed us out. Third, there was super noisy construction work directly next to the house starting at 7:30 a.m to 16:00 on the two full days we were there (including weekend). The construction workers were cutting stone tiles all day and the unfiltered dust blew all over the outside area. Everything outside (including us and our kids) was covered in stone dust. I wish I could attach pictures here so you can see it. When I complained about this to the host they responded that there is nothing they can do. WHAT WE LIKED: to be fair - the house's interior is very well arranged and high-quality. ALL IN ALL DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE COST. Unfortunately. I was pushed by airbnb to write the review. Writing about it makes me angry at it again.

Great stay!

Alles top, sauber und man war relativ schnell am Meer. Restaurant um die Ecke. Das Wlan war sehr langsam aber ausreichend. Zum Supermarkt dauert es nur ca 5 Minuten.
