“I loved everything about this place other than the pool. The location, the staff, the room, the rooftop bar. It was clean and fresh and smelled wonderful. Everyone was absolutely amazing. The pool on the other hand should really be advertised as a big hot tub. It was too hot to enjoy. I didn’t mind the size or location. It was clean and the lounge chairs were nice, however, the temperature of the pool was not enjoyable on a hot spring afternoon. Which was part of the reason we picked this……

“It’s a wonderful location, extremely quiet the staff could not have been nicer! The restaurant was fantastic! The Pavlova was one of the best desserts I’ve ever eaten. But all the food was outstanding I would recommend everything especially the muscles.”

“Terrific location-able to walk to almost all activities/sites. Valet parking was expensive but very responsive; never had to wait long for car. Hotel room was charming; enjoyed having a record player and a selection of records to play. Snack bar by elevators provided fresh fruit, coffee, tea, sparkling water 24 hours a day. Delicious brownie placed in room daily. Issue with nighttime noise from live music from wedding receptions right below our windows two nights in a row, but management……

“Reservations were for king size bed and was given 2 queen beds. Had to make a big stink about it because they said there was no room available with a king bed. After some back and forth, they eventually, somehow, found us a room with a king bed. They did make it right by picking up the bar tab for that evening and breakfast in the morning. ”

“Inadequate staff training and not enough staff at the front desk and the parking. Outrageous cost of hotel fees: pet etc.”

“Valet service is terrific. Staff is mediocre, old rooms, small, out of date. Rooms were serviced daily but cleanliness was lacking. Breakfast was poor and expensive. I paid $6.15 for a diet Dr Pepper at the desk. Not worth what they charge d try Hampton Inn down the street.”

“Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Bathroom consistently had an odor that smelled like urine. Otherwise, everything was clean and more than efficient. We enjoyed our stay at the Lindy Renaissance Hotel! It was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do . ”
