If there were a “sixth star,” I would give it without hesitation: after I accidentally left my wallet in the room, the staff went above and beyond by personally bringing it all the way to the airport. “Excellent host, friendly and helpful to locate points of interest. As other reviews mention, the location is above restaurants and you will hear talking, singing, screaming until midnight. The bathroom could use renovations. All that to be said, it was clean and comfortable with a fantastic location just inside the pile gate! ”
