「Well appointed and comfortable apartment within a short walk of Modena town centre. Perfect location and Stefanie was very responsive to any questions, dinner recommendations or parking advice! Well set up for a couple and good air conditioning too. Only comment is there is a small staircase that is quite steep from the lift up to the floor the apartment is on but this is no issue at all. Would certainly recommend!」

「Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.」

「Great location and the apartment was large and clean. However, the amenities were weak. There was only one wine glass. The second one was broken. One coffee cup. There was insufficient supplies, such as coffee, pepper and toilet paper for our five day stay. We text our host repeatedly with no response. He did answer when we called. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. 」
