"Very clean and quiet hotel with a multitude of amenities and friendly staff. I liked the 8p “quiet” policy. The room was very large and clean and would be very comfortable for a longer stay. I would definitely go back. The only downside for me was the heating was on the loud side but didn’t stop me from sleeping through the night."

"Joanne is a great host with very good communication. The house is cozy, and was decorated for the season with a little Christmas tree. The mini split units both upstairs and downstairs made climate control easy. Would definitely stay here again!"

Super nice. And dog bowls and blankets! Beach was very natural and not crowded. Carrie provides beach chairs, too. Super close to walk to the beach."

"We highly enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven. It is the loveliest home we have spent time in at Broadkill Beach or the surrounding area so far. The rooms are clean and spacious and the hosts thought of everything we may have needed.The walk to the bay/beach was very short so we could spend lots of time out in the sun, enjoying the bay. The outdoor shower was very helpful for keeping the sand out. I hope to spend more time next summer!"
