Bad experience

Looks nothing like the pics. Rooms were large but paint was pealing and building generally neglected. Situated in the middle of nowhere. Qatar should also compensate visitors due to the construction as this causes major delay and thus additional cost. Well they did help us with a early check-in which we were grateful for. But it's Because their phones were not working till we booked. Also disappointed with Hotels.com for not assisting us and leaving everything to chance.

The carpet was filthy. There were squares in the carpet where they cut out a stain and put in another square. In short, the carpet seemed to dirty to walk on. The internet was problematic, and in general, it was a poor excuse for a four star, two stars at best.

First good things, we can check in earlier what should to be. But rooms was very old and dirty, mold in bathrooms and roof. There is only one bigger size towel and we are reserved room for 6 people. I dont know do we get some old room whit 3 bedrooms but next time we take some other hotel.

unsauberes hotel

an der reception waren die personal nicht wirklich freundlich. jeder konnte ins hotel gehen und kommen....war ein irrenhaus.....ich konnte jeder in mein zimmer bringen... musste auf reception telefon mehrmals anrufen....niemand ging an das receptions telefon.... bei der room service habe ich wc- papier und badtuch bestellt nach 4 telefon anrufe ob ich es noch bekomme hab ich das badtuch erhalten doch kein wc papier....schlussendlich habe ich es dan im shop gekauft...... das hotel war sehr unsauber.... die reinigungsfachkraft ist meisten im freiem hotelraum am plaudern oder am liegen und reinigt die zimmer nicht sauber....ich werde das hotel nicht mehr buchen.....und es auch nicht empfehlen bin sehr enttäuscht.....

Zentral gelegenes Hotel

Check in: Das Zimmer war nur für eine Person vorbereitet (Bad, Geschirr etc. unvollständig, musste entsprechend nachgeordert werden). Internet ungenügend, Seitenaufbau bis zu 5 Minuten. Küche nur mit etwas Geschirr und Besteck, keine Töpfe etc. um z.B. den Herd zu benutzen. Schmutzig und verwohnt, nur Papierkörbe wurden geleert, nicht gesaugt. Balkon voller Zigarettenkippen.

Complete Fraud

Do not book at this property. Ever. This is less than one STAR. Bad location. Terrible Staff. Very old furniture. Do not be fooled with the pictures. Imagine they start working on construction at 7am!! And when you call to complain, they apologize, and continue working. The kitchen has not kitchenware. Housekeeping is very bad, they put only one towel in a two bedroom, two-bathroom apartment., and they do not clean your apartment unless you call 5 times. And they may tell you: it is too late housekeeping already left, wait until tomorrow. My advice, there are lots of great hotels in Doha, spend your money in a property that worth it.

Construction Area, Filthy, Not for Kids & Cig Smok

Terrible Expierience; Although apartements has big living area, the exterior and interior carpets of the hotel rooms are very dirty. AC does not work efficiently and all apartments vents seem to be connected. Vents bring in other apartments ciggerate smoke and awful smells at night. Shouldn't be rated more than two.

Great as always stay here three times already , I requested a top floor apartment which I got , car park in basement is filthy Didn't know how to operate the dryer so had to dry clothes on chairs two people came and replaced the washer dryer still same problem they wasn't sure themselves how to operated it Hotel is close to heart of city Reception staff helpful and polite

Cockroaches

Smooth check in by friendly staff. Hotel is dated and could do with a major refurbishment. Rooms are spacious however we noticed a few cockroaches in the kitchen and living area. Bathroom wasn't very nice either. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Bad experience I never do it again

The hotel is very old not clean nothing works fine The staff are not professional or they don't want to work Except the manager was trying to solve problems with little solution The hotel need to be refurbished before starting the business
