We were upgraded during our stay however this was a accessible room and had issues with both the shower and aircon. These were though fixed during our stay. Besides these issues hotel was great, nice spacious rooms with all the facilities we needed during our stay

The hotel is funky and looks amazing at night, it’s huge! There is everything you could ever need on site - well stocked supermarket, restaurants, gym, pool area. We stayed in Tower 4, it’s run down, outdated and worn out BUT it serves the purpose of a practical hotel room with a comfortable bed ...
