“Let's start with the positives. The reception desk and café staff, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean. The dining space was updated and clean and the staff did their best. The grounds were well kept. The negative were the other staff. No one spoke English and did not attempt to communicate in any other language, verbal or non-verbal. Listing a property on Expedia should include mention that English is not widely spoken when appropriate. Except for the cave steam bath, there……

“Foi horrivel. Ficamos num quarto no sotao, onde ao sair da cama, batiamos a cabeça na viga. Nao tinha chuveiro, era ducha com a agua que nao passou de morna. O quarto nao tinha como vedar, tampouco a luz da noite ou do dia. Experiencia bem ruim”

“The hotel is beautiful. Zuzka was wonderful. She was patient, very efficient, kind and her English is excellent, which we really appreciated. Thank you again Zuzka! Hope to see you again! Jessica and the USA band Vio-lence. ”

“地點便利，房間舒適”

“This hotel was very clean and the staff went above and beyond for us. I told them I am a celiac and they had gluten-free bread for me at the breakfast buffet the next day. As well, the dinner we had at their restaurant was outstanding and the best I had during my 2-week trip to Europe. We truly enjoyed our stay. One note is that there is no elevator so bringing luggage upstairs can be a bit tricky. The front desk held our luggage for us after we checked out so we could explore the area without……

“The location is convenient to walk to town. The first few photos on the Expedia listing show a lovely play park- this is not part of the hotel and is actually 3.5km away. We booked this property as we have a small child, but this property is a series of dreary apartments around a small car park. There is no garden or play area. We booked via Expedia and included in the booking that we have a small child. On arrival we were charged an additional 15 euros for the cot bed. This is ridiculous……

“At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by your front desk team, whose kindness and professionalism I truly appreciated. However, I would like to share a few concerns from my stay. During registration, I noticed that my country of origin had been mistakenly recorded as Thailand (THA) instead of Taiwan (TWN). I immediately pointed this out, crossed out the error on the form, and clearly wrote the correct information. The staff assured me that they understood. Yet, upon check-out, the invoice still……

“Basic 3 star hotel Still you get the feeling of the old communists times Small rooms, basic fornitures Bathroom need some renovation The door on the bottom part was rotten Breakfast average Friendly staff Conveniently located in the main city square ”

“L'appartement pour 5 est pratique, mais dans cette gamme de prix c'est le pire qu'on ait eu en Slovaquie et en Autriche sur 8 hébergments différents. Le reste de l'hotel est surement tres bien et la réceptionniste est charmante.”

“This place is perfect, I would recommend it very highly. It is very clean, the bed was really comfortable and the host was very helpful! ”
