“I stayed for one week during the Biennale - a great place in the more touristy part of the City, but still quiet enough for a very good night's sleep. Central and walkable to all destinations within the city (5' to Piazza San Marco; 25' to the train station, 25' to the Biennale etc..) Be aware of mosquitos in Venice due to the canals, so if you don't like them, bring some spray. Also, the Internet in the apartment was slow, so if you also need to work, bring some patience (and maybe one……

Bad in Ordnung, Dusche mit Vorhang, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, Handtücher und Föne in Ordnung. Bad im 1. Stock mit Badewanne ohne Vorhang, Toilettenspülung defekt. Nur eine Person kann duschen. Sitzsituation im Haus……

“It was a great location for seeing Venice. Just wish they mentioned how many sets of stairs were involved to get to our living space - 3 flights of stairs and no elevator with all our luggage from a 10 day cruise was awful!”

“Es mag sein dass jede Unterkunft eine bestimmte check in Uhrzeit hat.Man kann doch keinen Gast der später anreist einfach stehen lassen.Ein Flug kann eine Verspätung haben man kann einen Unfall haben oder wie wir unerwartet im Verkehr stecken bleiben.Wir wurden mitten in der Nacht mit Kindern einfach da stehen gelassen weil man auf uns nicht warten könne.Nach Ende der Öffnungszeit kam nur noch eine automatische Nachrichten somit hatten wir auch keine Kontaktperson mehr.Somit empfehlen wir als……

“I had a truly enchanting experience at this VRBO in Venice, Italy! You are unlikely to find more attentive hosts then MAGDALENA & FRANCESCO. Our host was absolutely amazing, offering warm hospitality and invaluable recommendations. Checked on us several times and gave us all the recommendations we needed to use the Bus system. Yes the house is about 30 mins on the bus from Venice, and or the Train depot. But the bus stop is only 3 or 4 minutes walk and you can purchase a bus pass right at the……

“Massimo’s house is in an outstanding location, very quiet, away from tourists and yet right near everything you want to see in Venice. We had a wonderful stay there as a family. The house is very beautiful and has a few outdoor seating areas to relax with a cup or coffee or a glass of wine. Massimo is very helpful and responsive. “Our group of 2 couples spent 5 days at Irene’s apartment. We found it to be very clean, nicely updated, with very comfortable beds. The location was excellent for us. Walking distance from the train station, just steps to the vaporetto stop, and in the midst of many excellent cafes and trattorias. This was an excellent area for starting and ending our days. Much calmer than the busier areas, and less crowded. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook a stay at this lovely apartment, and highly recommend it……

“we were in a small cabin with a small desk (no chairs), two single beds and a bunker bed, and a bathroom with shower. it is clean. the camp is close to a major highway, thus a bit noisy. there is a small supermarket and a restaurant with reasonable prices. it is a nice place if you want to save money. we had a bad experience on the day we left the city. it was raining in the morning when we were leaving the camp. we asked the hotel staff to call a taxi for us to Mestre train station which……
