“The door lock was broken, there was a lot of noise on the second floor, and the dog barked incessantly. I checked that breakfast was included, and he said, "Let me show you a picture of where it says so." I showed it to him, even though he knows perfectly well it's included. The breakfast was tasteless. The next day we had to find another place.”

“Able to enjoy nature ”

“Loved the pool area, did not realize all rooms did not have AC but we got to switch rooms to much nicer one with AC. The towels were washed but stained dirty, the sink drain leaked all over the floor and the bathroom doorknob came off when trying to leave the bathroom. The owner seemed very nice but the manager was not friendly, didn’t give us any intro to anything at check in. Do not recommend unless you’re looking for a quick cheap overnight on the way to somewhere else. It’s too bad because……

“Very beautiful property, great view of the lake . Great service , restaurant on site . Property and room look beautiful, but not very cozy . No hammocks , no pool lounge chairs , also territory is very small . All you have is a small garden with the lake view . No feeling of privacy. I would recommend to visit the property for a dinner and cocktails with a great view , but wouldn’t stay there again .”

“La habitacion estaba super , la ubicacion tambien. La unica razon por cual puse 4 en ves de 5 es porque el restaurante es una decepcion. Con todos los lugares lindos que hay en granada, esta sala de comedor no da ganas de comer en el hotel en ningun tiempo de comida, es una lastima. Comimos desayuno y esta OK, ni bueno , ni malo. El personal es lindo, es un lindo hotel. Deberian pedir las llaves de los huespedes que se parquean porque casi perdimos nuestro ferry por estar bloqueado en el parqueo……
