"I spent 2 nights for a business trip. I have stayed here before and I like the central location to shopping and dining. Once you park you don't have to leave. I was disappointed they are now charging for parking. The parking garage is near to the hotel which is nice."

"I hate to be a pest, but our room was not cleaned on Friday, we called the front desk, and they said they could not do anything and that if we needed fresh towels we had to go pick them up. Also, Sunday morning there was a smoke alarm that went on about 4 or 5 times, and a crazy lady kept banging on a door and screaming very loud which made it difficult to sleep."

"The beds, pillows and bedding were so comfortable, clean and I especially liked the cover over the duvet, with sheet material, not with the sheet seperate, so you know no one else has touched it. It is hard for me when comforters and regular blankets are on the beds, I do not feel they are cleaned or replaced every time the room is services, seems like they only do the sheets, so this made me HAPPY!!!! We did not need to use the kitchenette part of the room, but it was a very nice setup. I did use the coffee makert....All rooms have an ironing board, iron and of course hair dryer which saves time having to request them to be brought to you. The online info shows breakfast is included, and it was not. That was rough in the morning since we had to locates somewhere else to eat last minute."

"Good location close to Domain. Very easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Water very hot in shower. The elevators weren’t working so had to climb Stairs up to room. Also AC was cold but wouldn’t stay on long so room would get very Hot. Definitely take a fan if you get hot easily "

"Breakfast ended too early for me to ever try. The ice machines are gone there's not many carts and the ones they do have are small had to take multiple trips to unpack our luggage The beds are pretty sunken in the middle but I've slept on worse. Overall it's average "

"The staff was amazing the room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The bar was nice and the staff again very friendly."

"Love the smell of the hotel. Clean room. Extremely comfortable beds, although the olive light blanket (in between the flat sheet and comforter) needs to be replaced, they are full of pillage; and based on the housekeeping carts that have the clean replacements this is an issue for those olive blankets. This is a 4-star hotel, blankets with pillage should not even be seen much less a part of the bedding ensemble for your guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location terrific!"

"This hotel was so nice! The rooms are a comfortable size! We went here for a family graduation and the location was perfect too! The staff was super nice and helpful i would stay here again! The free breakfast was the best the kitchen ladies were amazing!"
