"Be forewarned. The parking lot of the property is operated by a third party entity, which is not affiliated with the hotel. There is a charge for parking, which is normal for many hotels, but the hotel itself does not guarantee parking availability, even after a guest has payed for said parking through the third party vendor. When we arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon for check-in ample parking was available, so we proceeded to pay for our days parking and check into the hotel, without question. After an evening out, we returned to the hotel to find that there were no available spaces within the lot. Upon inquiry with the hotel staff, as to where we should park, we were told that they do not manage the lot, have no control over availability, and that we should park in a "loading only towing enforced" zone in front of the main entrance. We were given no assurance by the hotel staff that there would be no with being towed. Needles to say, upon learning we were in danger of being towed, we elected to leave and avoid the potential hassle of retrieving our vehicle. Had we been given an option for alternative parking, we might have taken it, but as the hotel is located in the midst of a warehouse complex, at the intersection of a main road, there is no street parking in the area for many blocks. Marriot should be forthcoming with the parking situation and be willing to accommodate guests, who have arrived with a vehicle, and are not able to park in the lot provided. "
