“The breakfast was lovely and the morning host (Florence) was absolutely charming. She really saved this hotel from getting a bad review. Check-in was shocking. It was supposed to be until 9:00pm but there was no one when we arrived at 8:30pm. Everything was closed. No one to answer the phone (we could hear it ring through the reception door). No instructions... This is located a little village in the middle of nowhere; nothing open around... We explored the buildings around looking for help and……
