「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「What an absolute gem, we loved our time at Residence San Michelle. It was perfect from our arrival, as we approached and saw the stunning view for the first time and met the lovely helpful team on reception. We stayed in one of the Villa‘s which was well equipped, a good size and had the most amazing view of the lake.
