不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Absoloutely lowsy hosts
There was 0 communication let alone hospitality from the host! The accomodation looked abandoned and poorly maintained, there was no running water! I couldnt have a shower or open the tap to drink water and the key they left was not for the cabin i had booked, it was a key for the common space/ kitchen and a ugly bunk room stuffy and cluttered with 4 beds with a window that doesnt open , i was outraged she had put us in here when she has 3 empty cabins available and that was what i had booked! She ignored my calls and texts insisting there must be a key for one of the cabins , so i was left having to sleep in bunkbeds with my husband which was ludicrus when we had booked a cabin and the woman knew that so why did she put us in this horrible bunkbed room where we couldnt comfortably sleep without an open window, nor use the bathroom as no running water! just awful , i had to complain to expedia , sent the photos to them of the place , they immediately sympathised and refunded me
No recognition nor integrity from the host,
Pictures are misleading! Avoid this ramshackled dump and such hosts
