The staff and facility were both fantastic. They exceeded all of are needs and desires. From our greeting when we arrived to our farewell actually out front. Both Francisco and Michelle came out to bid us a farewell. Francisco even assisted us in the parking which was somewhat tight spaces. Also we really enjoyed the food.both dinner and breakfast were delicious and attractively prepared. It was just a wonderful experience for our group of four

View is insane. Stunning. Short drive up a long road which is unusual for Costa Rica. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Well appointed rooms with everything you need. The staff are rockstars. They do it all. English and Spanish spoken by all. Franciso, Michele and Roxanne are an asset to the hotel. They understand service with a smile and learn preferences quickly. Right next to Ojachal and minutes away from Uvita. You won't want to leave.

The staff was so sweet and accommodating. The property was pristine along with the pool. Food was amazing every meal. Wildlife is very active (monkeys, birds, geckos, iguanas, scarlet macaws, butterfly’s, frogs etc). I always felt safe on the property and would recommend the largest suit to anyone who wants more privacy and quiet since the other rooms you can hear everything within the hotel. There are 3 beautiful beaches between 5-12min driving distance from the hotel. The staff recommends Playa Ventanas but I would recommend Playa Piñuelas apart of the Marino Bellena National Park. Very quiet beach that’s easier to swim or body board at.

El lugar es hermoso, la tranquilidad, las instalaciones, la vista. La pasamos súper bien. Lo que sí me parece bastante excesivo son los precios de la comida. Lo que pagamos por la cena de 2 personas fue lo mismo que el costo de la noche. En San José ni en los lugares más exclusivos se paga tantísimo. Eso sí la comida estaba deliciosa, somos de visitar buenos lugares porque nos encanta comer bien, pero si considera que el precio está muy alto.

This hotel is charming and lovely with 5 star rooms and dining. The bar had amazing drinks and it would be a very expensive hotel if it wasn’t directly on the highway. The views of the ocean are breathtaking but it’s literally on top of the highway so you hear and smell trucks and ambulances.

This hotel was beautiful, the room was large with a lovely king size 4 poster bed. We had a great view of the sunset every night from our patio or from the spectacular infiniti pool. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel one night and the food was very good. The included breakfast was prepared fresh to order. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I wish we would have stayed longer!

Not A "Luxury" Hotel - Watch Out

I think this used to be a very nice hotel and the management has started to ignore it. For reference, I have 15 years living in Costa Rica. Upon arrival, there was a VERY nice guy named Francisco that helped us check-in. However, upon walking into the lobby, it became apparent that the establishment was severely understaffed. We went to the room, changed, and immediately came down for a drink. First cocktail took 35 minutes because Francisco had WAY too much to do. At dinner, 45 mintues to get food. Two plates, very good. Tuna tartar we stopped eating because we thought the fish might be bad. We stayed in room #2. Mattress springs completely shot. Pillows super lumpy. Great shower and nice balcony. While everything was super busy and Francisco was being overworked, there was a "manager" sitting at a computer the entire time we could see from our table in the restaurant. I found out who they were because I asked Francisco. We were told breakfast was at 6:30. When we came down at 6:25, there was Francisco. I asked "How long for breakfast?" and he replied "20 minutes if you want fruit - longer for pinto." Give me a break management! Not a luxury hotel by any stretch.

It is a beautiful hotel. Large room with everything functional. The lobby is nice with a beautiful pool. Incredible views both from lobby and room. But the thing that made this hotel stand out was the amazing service. I had a couple of issues because I biked there and the staff did everything they could to help me. Also, I ate at the restaurant and the food was made exactly as I asked and tasted great. Breakfast was very good. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay. The hotel didn't have our reservation when we arrived but they took care of us and found a room without question. The property is stunning with lush landscaping and a beautiful infinity pool. Our room we super clean and extremely comfortable.
