“Convenient location”

“​A decent place to stay for the price point, but a couple of issues kept it from being a great experience. The two main sticking points were the bathtub and the AC. Instead of a standard drain plug, the tub had a mechanized one that wouldn’t seal, making it impossible to hold water. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was outrageously loud. We were stuck choosing between being comfortably cool but kept awake by the noise, or turning it off for some peace but being uncomfortably warm. As a……

“This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Although breakfast isn't included, that wasn't an issue for our family at all. The property is clean, cozy, and very well maintained. We stayed in a room with direct access to the pool and garden, and it was definitely the best choice. Being able to step right outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!”

“Staff was kind and quick to bring air freshener when someone was smoking outside our room and was quick to want to talk to them to go off property to do that which we appreciated. Quiet and very close to lots of amenities. Air conditioning worked great. Could hear the people above us moving around is the only complaint. More towels upon arrival as well would have been great haha.”

“We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was newly renovated and was fantastic. Location was great, just off Hwy 97 as you enter into Penticton. Steps away from a private ( quiet) Beach. In our room we had a fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes,kettle really anything you would need. There is a BBQ for use and plenty of outdoor seating. Ashley the manager was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful with some needs that we had wanted. I would definitely stay here……

“Great Service”

“If I could give this room less than zero stars, I would. The room was awful, and so was the “view.” We were promised a room with a view, but instead our window looked directly at a white wall. There was absolutely nothing to see except a blank wall a few feet away, which made the room feel dark and enclosed. To make matters worse, there was hair in the bathtub when we arrived, and garbage bags were left sitting outside our room. The room was dirty, misleading, and a huge disappointment. I would……

“We almost didn't write a review because, selfishly, we wanted to keep this little gem a secret! The Beachside Motel is a fantastic place to stay, a classic throwback to a simpler time while still being exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is hard to beat, just a block from the beach, and the atmosphere around the property is wonderful. The attached ice cream stand is a great bonus and adds to the charm. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and……
