Nestled on a hill, in the heart of the Périgord Noir and less than 15km from Sarlat (the historical and gastronomic capital of the region), our house will make you enjoy the relaxing calm of the countryside while being located close to the greatest tourist sites.

This Périgord house, located in a peaceful hamlet of Domme, extends on a fenced plot of 1000 m² with garden and heated swimming pool (secured by a bar tarpaulin and garden access with gate).
It offers a courtyard for parking, a kitchen, living room, bathrooms and toilets on the first floor.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with two single beds, plus a shower room with WC. Ideal for relaxation.
