"The house is great - lovely pool and everything was incredibly clean and well equipped - including the state of the art bbq.Location is good - walkable into small town with bars, restaurants and small shops. Short drive to some fantastic sandy beaches.We also enjoyed going to the Nora village and the caves (35 minutes drive north).We did have a few small issues but in each case the owner dealt with them straight away and without any fuss.Great holiday - would recommend this property and...

"Pros: The bedrooms are bigger than pictured, aircon works really well. Kitchen well equipped (although a bit small). Huge bbq and great patio overlooking Chia and the mountains which we sat out on all the time. Franco the host is super friendly and helpful, contactable by WhatsApp and very responsive. He even gave us a couple of gifts! There are a few restaurants in walking distance in Chia but booking advised. Great base for the beaches of southern Sardinia. Fantastic pool, cleaned every day 2...

"A very good place. Peace and quiet in October sun, super view, comfortable and spacious house, very nice terrace. Maurízio welcomed us, took care of us, was very helpful. We were able to check in early and check out later. Regarding the house itself, only the furniture in the kitchen needs replacing and the silicone in the bathroom. The rest is great. "

"Well equipped house. Two bedrooms were downstairs and colder which was great as the average daily temperature was around 40°. Anyway A/C would be available throughout. There are many beaches nearby and it is a perfect place. Only small thing: the shown pool is not at the house but you needed to walk quite a bit. Thus we never used it. And Ivano was very responsive and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, boat rental etc. Would come again here."
