“The room was very nice and clean. But the bed did not suit me or my wife. It was too firm for our comfort. Also the bathroom, although clean and well kept, needs some improvements for handicap accessibility. The toilet seems very low and there are no handicap rails except in the tub. A large person has trouble getting up from the toilet.”

“It was a pleasant stay. The front desk clerk, I didn't get her name, was very friendly and informative. I had booked my room online through Expedia, and not realizing I had put handicapped accessibility. The room was not what I had expected, I thought I was getting a suite with a fold out couch. So she kindly explained to me what i reserved. And we weren't able to get another room, since there were no more rooms available. But she was kind and asked if there was anything we need to reach out to……
