It was dirty, there were men out in the parking lot watching us, they made us pay in cash only, the floors were dirty everywhere, the sheets were stained, every surfacewas grim, the tiles in bathroom were cracked the hall ways were hot, there was so much defered mataintance, walls were dirty. Dont stay there, it was creepy!

You get what you pay for! Our room looked like it was not cleaned at all. There was dirt and debris on the floor. The sheets had stains. The pillow cases had blood stains. The window was left wide open. We booked a non smoking room, but the scent in the air said otherwise. The bathroom tile popped up when you walked on it. AC leaked, so we couldn’t use. You will be woken up from the party above you at night, walking around. The only thing that was nice was the water pressure. You get only 2 towels also!

I always stay here when I go to Las Cruces. The rooms are always clean and I have never had any problems with guests making noise like I’ve had at more expensive hotels in town. Check in is quick and the WiFi is free.

On the outside looks good great access to freeway, but rooms older and not very clean. It looked as if a motel that you rent for the week or month not a vacation stay.

The halls smelled like BO and had stains everywhere on the carpeted floor. The elevator was broken and wouldn’t work going down from the second floor, where my room was, because the “down” button was missing. My room had a large puddle of water on the floor right beneath the sprinkler and the two beds. I told staff at the front desk and they remarked that it must be because it had rained the night prior. (This was the middle floor, by the way). They changed my room, and my new room smelled funny, because of course it did. In the bathroom, one of the tiles was loose, so much so that it presented a significant tripping/slipping hazard, especially for an elderly person. A few other tiles were broken and there was a hole in the bathroom door, as if someone had punched it. As you could probably have guessed, they also don’t answer if you dial for the front desk. Overall, this place is a great example of why Motel 6 has a reputation for being sketchy. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I strongly recommend against staying here.
