「Exceeded expectations!Words don't do justice to the experience we enjoyed at "Water's Edge" - this lakehouse is AWESOME! The house is BIG (3 levels means lots of space for extended families). There is so much to do onsite (the dock, kayaks, basketball, ping pong, relaxing, grilling, TONS of board games and yard games too). And the location is great because it's on the same side as Greenwood proper (which means easy access to Publix, Chickfila, Outback, The Mall, and more). We enjoyed the dock...

「This is a very old property, so make sure you understand that going in. To us it was the classic "lake house" experience. Fabulous view of the lake from a large screened porch. A short boat ride to many of the main places you'd like to visit for food or drinks. Comes well appointed with everything you need for your stay. 「This is a fairly new property in development stage, but its peace and somewhat secluded away from boating and lake activities, like a cove to yourself. There is an abundance of wildlife to share the property, nothing to worry much about, after all it is on the water. If you bring a boat, please take your time backing to boat ramp, it's a blindside back and 4wd wound be helpful to have as part of the ramp is gravel. The peninsula with the fire pit is a great spot under the trees to relax...

「Great house on the lake. Communication with the owner was great! We rented this house for a weekend trip to the mine to dig for crystals. It was very close to that as well as a grocery store for all of our necessities. We would definitely rent again if we are in the area. 」

「The treehouse is a very short walk through the forest from the parking spot. It only takes a minute, but the treehouse is tucked just behind the trees. It feels nice & secluded. Our family of 4 squeezed into the 2 beds. It was very cozy, and a lot of fun. We enjoyed smores around the campfire and meals eaten iutside at the picnic table. The bathroom is rather spacious considering the overall size of the place. It was a lovely little trip into nature」
