「Modern, strategically located hotel, just in front of the underground station. The room is clean and spacious. All was perfect except few hiccups from service point of view: first day coffee machine still with used capsules and with old dirty excess water, second day we did not get new coffee capsules at all and another day the cups were left not cleaned. Unica nota negativa, la camera 201 è attaccata al deposito usato dagli inservienti per le pulizie e la mattina alle 8 c'è un po' di rumore. 「Zanette at the front desk was an absolute darling! Provide a map of key areas to view in Vienna. The hotel is down the road from the nearest tram and train station, so commuting was easy.」

「Zola is perfectly situated, merely minutes walk from the U-Bahn. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel and functions of the room. Overall a beautiful hotel, all the amenities a guest could want and situated as a perfect base to explore Wien」
