"Room 3825 was very clean. Housekeeping was very good.
Staff especially concierge and front desk were exemplary.
The concerns I have are with the need to upkeep the rooms especially
(1) the electrical outlets at the bedside and at the office-desk. These need to
be updated to include USB ports (need USB-A, B, C) as every one now needs to recharge their
communication devices (cell, backup batteries, ipads) at night.
We shouldn't have to charge the cell phone in the bathroom using the "shaver outlet"
(and run back and forth to the bathroom to check messages when the phone rings at night)
(2) The refrigerator is overheating because the back vent of the cabinet is sealed by a concrete wall and so heat generated by the heat exchange pump goes nowhere. The hot air re-circulates inside the cabinet holding the refrigerator (so imagine opening the door of the cabinet and getting hit by a blast of hot air)
(3) New light switches with better labels so guests don't have to guess which switch is linked to which light.
