不满意:清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
We have booked thru Expedia before the trip but when i was checking in and showing my expedia itinerary, Blue Horizon International said that it's not booked yet. They asked me to go to another Blue Horizon Hotel which is 10km away to check but also no booking. It is very disappointing. I ended up checking in at a walk-in rate which is higher. I demand for compensation and refund of the difference of which was booked on expedia. It is under itinerary #7436755226012.
