"We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay. The room and property was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The beach area and pools were pristine with great service. All of the staff are incredibly well trained. We experienced a couple hiccups while there but the management (especially Marco) responded immediately and more than made up for the inconvenience.
