“酒店職員英文水平高，而且本人行李比較多，聰明的酒店職員立即找手推車來裝本人行李。 其次，本人因為當天美國航空公司航班延誤，要半夜2時才到達酒店，酒店職員還迅速幫本人辦理入住手續，本人當時急需要電腦辦理次日去達拉斯的航空公司預辦登機手續，職員立即幫本人找到電腦。 酒店早餐營養豐富，有足夠肉類，比其他本人住過的美國酒店好。 酒店lobby空調充足，溫度夠恰當。另外lobby有得購物，且非常方便。 論位置，酒店離開購物中心才5分鐘路程，離開機場不遠，才1公里。 要讚揚酒店職員非常熱心幫忙，本人沒有uber手機應用程式，本人在退房當日有需要到Pharr辦理業務，職員迅速幫本人找到可以刷信用卡及有發票的計程車，並且樂意幫本人坐西班牙語的翻譯。 酒店寄存行李服務方面，非常到位，並且有足夠儲存空間。 最後，要提出一點，就是本人入住的118號客房，早上打開房門，非常多蚊子飛進來”

“Really was the perfect stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice; coffee could be better, but that’s about the only con. Stayed the week and was central to all the parks and nature preserves. Easy location and well cared for property.”

“Everything was GREAT, wanted to use the pool but due to excessive outings we didn't get to. But pool looked clean and inviting. The only bad thing was, check out time was 11am. Housekeeping knocked at 10:45 asking if we were staying another day. We were just about to step out and pack the vehicle..”
