「The room we got initially we had problems with the entry key not working. What a pain to experience. Finally had to take a different room and not what we registered for.」

「The location and the outside area felt sketchy. Still thought we would give it a chance. The lobby looked nice. The room looked nice, however, there were ants in the bathroom and the blankets were stained. We decided right away that we just werent going to stay there. I went and checked out after only being there for 15 mins. When i told the guy at the front desk that we weren't going to stay and why, he didn't say anything, just checked us out on the computer and told me have a nice day.」

「The bed sheets were still dirty room smelled like must… very very outdated . Elevator was way past inspection 」

「I attempted to check in when i made reservation to sleep there for the night and no one was at front desk neither did they answer the phone when i called reservations center to transfer call to the office」

「Room was nice. However, lights or outlets didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work neither. There were other guests that were running the hall and slamming doors between 12-2am. Other than that the room it set was nice 」

「The headboards of both beds had handprints on them and just dirty. The hot water took 10-15 minutes to get warm and really never did get hot. Had the room lose power for about 5 minutes due to too high a voltage according to the desk clerk.」

「Everything was fine except the pool & hot tub were closed for repairs which really disappointed our granddaughter. The plans were that she would come over & use the pool with Grandma & Grandpa while we were visiting. 」

「I had a bug in my room and some hair in the tub but otherwise pretty good stay. 」

「It was nice to have a kitchen and it was roomy, but only had full sized beds. Seemed small. 」

「Hotel was dirty, seemed VERY unsafe, locks didn’t work, smoke detectors were beeping. I left after 20 minutes and found a different place to stay. 」

「Needed a cot, food options were limited and what was available, was too expensive for what you got. Limited amenities. Probably exploring other options next time. Not terrible, just not the most pleasant experience. Elevator situation desperately needs improvement 」

「房間還算乾淨，但偏老舊。一樓酒吧的bar tender非常非常nice。小缺點是周邊有點不方便」

「I did not like that I could only go up to 73 degrees on the heater. They had it set that you could not go higher than this. it was below 30 degrees at night on this weekend. The elevator connected to the parking garage was out of order. the parking garage was not worth $10 per night extra. it was filthy and smelled like urine. I will not stay here again when I visit Peoria.」
