「This property is used for apartments by many. People grilling in parking lot, lookouts on the balcony for the businesses they run out of the rooms (girls, drugs), very noisy, room floor dirty, no hairdryer, toilet paper holder ripped out of wall, rack with towels put on wall at a huge slant that towels fall off shelf, towels dirty, odd substance on shower curtain, toilet had pubic hair around it, shower head not very tall (i'm 5'4 and barely fit under it). It had a microwave, 2-burner stove top,...

「Cute hotel for a quick stay! Loved the layout, felt more inviting than a typical big chain hotel. Great for the family too!」

「We chose it cuz decided to go to SC at the last minute and there weren't so much choices for us. Generally, staffs there were okay but it wasn't worth the price for a motel at such condition. Pro: Good location, you could get there easily when going down from the highway. Con: The walls were pretty thin so we could hear people next door talking clearly when it's loud enough.」

「The second I pulled in there was no doubt I wouldn't be staying at this property. It was trashed & appeared to be very unsafe. I circled around the property to find a man with no shirt and no shoes chasing another man on a bicycle while screaming, cussing and trying to hit him with a stick. There was tons of trash, broken and damaged furnishings & bags of what appeared to be clothing all throughout the parking lot. The "pool" was filled with broken furniture, mattresses & had a tarp on it...

「Do not go here. Absolutely nothing like the pictures. There is no pool. It’s all grown in with grass. The place looks vacant and abandoned. Shady characters lurking outside. I did not stay. And they wouldn’t refund my money.」
