“This hotel has a nice small outdoor pool open through the winter (08 am through 20-00) where thermal water stays sufficiently warm, and a warmer indoor pool. Sodium-fluoride waters are nice. “Not a lot of positive to say about this hotel. Check in was delayed more than 1 hour and was total disaster. The hotel feels old and worn. When we get the rooms there was no towels or bathrobe. There's no chance to 5 stars, i would say 2 stars maximum. Realy dont recommend this hotel at all ”

“Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. I would have loved if there was a hot pool outside, but still, when it comes to value for money for the HB offer we used, it was superb.”

“Renovierungsbedürftig, Duschen in Bädern kaputt, Englisch spricht fast niemand, nicht einmal an der Rezeption. Kein vernünftiger Parkplatz, Ich musste das Zimmer sofort beim Check in bezahlen. Das ist mir in noch nie passiert und ich übernachte viel in Hotels. Musik im Zimmer nicht ohne weiteres abstellbar, man wird unfreiwillig morgens um halb acht durch eine Art Wecker geweckt.
