“Late arrival was managed by the desk with no issue (even though they do not have 24h desk). Problem with payment - selected pay at the desk option - but the hotel took money directly from the deposit credit card (issues with reimbursement).
All in all the hotel met the expectations. Room was on the river side. A bit noisy, but good view and fresh during summer.”

“It is wonderful! On the Rhine! The rooms are beautiful and the restaurant is outstanding! I had a wonderful plate of Wiener schnitzel and my wife and daughter had fish and loved it. The waiter who served us, originally from Croatia spoke excellent German and what not only a good waiter, he was very funny too.
