Sehr empfehlenswert
Suuuper Gegend , ruhig gelegen, für Hunde eingezäunt. Das kleine Gartenstück mit Terrasse reicht völlig aus. Es fehlt im Haus an GARNICHTS. Alles vorhanden und schön aufgeteilt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Alles, wie erwartet.
Das Haus ist genau so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der eingezäunte Hof ist super, wenn man mit Hund anreist. Das Haus ist zudem sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. (Treppenschutzgitter, alle Steckdosen sind kindersicher, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden) Man sollte für die Reise jedoch selbst an Spülmaschinetabs, Waschmittel, Mülltüten, Schwämme, Handseife und Toilettenpapier denken, da sowas nicht vorhanden ist. Wenn man über FeWo bucht sollte man wissen, dass der ausgeschriebene Preis keine Endreinigung (70 Euro), keine Bettwäsche (15 Euro pro Person) und keine Handtücher (10 Euro) enthält. Die kommen also noch mal oben drauf. Bettwäsche und Handtücher kann man aber auch selbst mitbringen.

Ein super Haus
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vorallem, dass man draußen sitzen konnte, auch wenn es geregnet hat, durch das Glasdach. Auch die Lage in der Sackgasse war angenehm, da sehr ruhig. Im Badezimmer war es etwas duster, da zuwenig Licht da war. Evt. eine neue Lampe installieren.

Für unsere Buchung war ausschlaggebend, dass die Treppe oben ein Türchen hatte, da wir ein 1jähriges Kind dabei hatten. Allerdings wäre es super, wenn es unten auch eins gegeben hätte.

Familienzeit
Wir haben unseren Urlaub im kleinen Ferienhäuschen und in ruhiger Lage sehr genossen. Die Verwalterin war sehr serviceorientiert, das Haus schön sauber und alles da was man für eine kleine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern benötigt.

Urlaub an der Nordsee
Wir (zwei Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind) haben unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in Nessmersiel sehr genossen. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Größe für eine Familie mit einem Kind. Dabei ist auch ein toller Garten und ein kleiner Gemeinschaftsspielplatz, der sich mit der anderen DHH geteilt wird. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen :-)
