This holiday home is a true gem, ideally located in beautiful Schwansen, close to Schuby Beach (1.5 km) to the east and the Schlei fjord to the west (4.5 km). Renovated and furnished to a high standard, ReetCottage 24 offers the utmost in comfort. Bright rooms and tasteful decor create a truly special atmosphere.
The house boasts a comprehensive range of amenities. The ground floor features an open-plan living area that seamlessly blends a welcoming living space with a dining area and a modern kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, two ovens, and a Bezzera 10 espresso machine. Here you can prepare culinary delights and invite your loved ones to share meals.
The open-plan living area offers a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with a soundbar, guaranteeing relaxing movie nights. The beautiful, round tiled stove provides pleasant warmth on colder days.
Both bathrooms with natural light are equipped with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and are furnished with four single box-spring beds (90x200 cm). A further shower room with double sinks is also available there.
An additional sleeping option is provided by the sofa bed (140x200 cm), which is located in a separate room on the ground floor. From here, a narrow, steep staircase leads to the attic, where two fold-down beds are located.
Amenities such as a washing machine, a dryer, and underfloor heating are also provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. One well-behaved small dog is permitted in this accommodation. The entire property is enclosed, providing a safe environment for children and dogs. A highchair and travel cot can be added for a small fee.
The secluded location on the edge of a field allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet of country life. The outdoor area of the holiday home is equally impressive.
