Our 90 m² apartment “Zur schönen Aussicht” in Dortmund-Holthausen combines peace, nature and proximity to the city - ideal for families, vacationers, fitters and trade fair guests. Located right next to a field, it offers plenty of space to relax after a long day. Four cozy single beds, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and free parking provide comfort in green surroundings.

Welcome to the apartment “Zur schönen Aussicht” in Dortmund-Holthausen! Our spacious 90 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to five people and is ideal for families, colleagues or friends who want to enjoy a relaxing break together. The accommodation has four comfortable single beds and an additional cozy sofa bed, guaranteeing restful nights.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together, while the large dining table is also ideal for working. Large windows provide a bright and friendly atmosphere with a wonderful view of the extensive fields. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the idyllic location and yet be just a few minutes away from the vibrant center of Dortmund - a place that combines relaxation with comfort.

Access for guests

The entire apartment is at your exclusive disposal. Access is flexible and uncomplicated via a key box at the house entrance. You will receive all important information, including the access code, in good time before your arrival.

PERFEKT in jeder Hinsicht

Eine total schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung! Es fehlte an NICHTS, selbst Brillenputztücher waren vorhanden, man kann nicht Alles aufzählen, was es gab, das würde den Platz hier sprengen…. Die Betten sehr bequem… Alles in Allem einfach zu 100 % empfehlenswert. Danke dafür das hat unseren „Kurztripp“ perfekt gemacht. P.S: noch eine ein kleiner Tipp für die Steckdosen im unteren Bereich wäre eine Kindersicherung sehr schön und ein Schnellverschluss im Bad ebenso.
