“I chose this place for its location near Mingus Park and the fact that it looked quiet. It was one of the best appointed rentals I’ve stayed at—every little thing I needed and went looking for could be found (except a pen or pencil). It smelled better than many coast motels or rentals—you know the smell I mean. It was a little bit hard to find and I arrived in drizzle, so I was a bit grumpy about that. “Was a clean apartment close to the boardwalk like it was stated. There was no air conditioning. Doorways were small, about 6' 4" being 6'6" was a problem. Was awakened first morning to the fire alarm. After removing the batteries and continued ducking the doorways the next few days, were pleasant. Electrical outlets and light switches were awkward.”

“This is my new favorite stay in Eugene! It's a great location for visiting my UofO student - convenient to campus and restaurants, etc. The skylights and private patio made it cheerful and bright, and it was comfy for hanging out during downtimes. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the host even had snacks and drinks. So thoughtful! Communication, check in and out was all easy. The house has AC, which will be great for visiting in warmer months. The shower was spacious with great water pressure.……

“Wonderful private apartment on a working farm! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from University of Oregon and had a lovely stay. Proximity to the university (~15 minutes) is good--the surprise was that there's this beautiful farm so close to campus! Accommodations were clean and very comfortable.
