Parking was easy and right out front. Bathroom was a little small for 3 people and kitchen, though had what we needed, wouldn’t be great for a lot of cooking. Stove burners are slow and handwashing dishes is not preferred. Road noise is quite loud. Despite the flaws the place was overall clean and inviting and we felt secure. It was very convenient to walk back and forth from Hayward for a two day event.

The instructions for arriving and entering the apartment were concise. All needs were met promptly. The location was perfect and close to food, entertainment, and the university. The management took care of our every need. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice little cottage. Wonderful little neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to Hayward field. Food is a 5 minute walk to pizza, bakery, Italian food and some wonderful ice cream.

Can't be the location

If your primary reason for visiting Eugene is to attend an event at Hayward field....this is the place for you! Although you can hear the renters on the other side of the duplex, you still can't beat the location. The rental was clean, well kept, and provided coffee. Would definitely rent again!

Oregon Softball Weekend

We were in town for the Jane Sanders Classic, a softball tournament hosted by the University of Oregon. This home was a quick 10-minute walk to The Jane (the softball stadium). It was the perfect spot for our softball-filled weekend. Parking was available on the street in front of the house, which was great. And, the location is so close to some of Eugene's gems on 19th Avenue, including Beppe and Gianni's, Prince Puckler's Ice Cream, Hello Neighbor pizza and more.
