Upstairs is a true studio apartment, with soaring vaulted ceilings and windows on every wall. The small kitchen is simple but does provide a small range, microwave, drip coffee pot and refrigerator, along with a petite dining area perfect for enjoying your coffee before heading out to explore the local area. There are many restaurants and cafe's just within a very short walking distance. The living room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating for lounging and enjoying the sunshine, peace and quiet. There is a large king bed and two individual closets to make settling in and feeling at home easy.



The large outdoor stone patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine, and dine on some take out al fresco. Please note this patio area is a shared space with the adjacent home, and this studio apartment is located up a full set of stairs.
