Beautiful view over the bay

We stayed one night at the Town House as we had an early ferry the next day. The hotel manager allowed us to check in early with no extra charge so we could leave our bags and go exploring for the rest of the day. The two room suite had fantastic views into the bay and we enjoyed a bit of a relax after eating out just sitting and watching people walking along the Promenade. Would have been happy to have stayed a day or two longer.

Great concept of having hotel options in an apartment. Good location on seafront with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. Staff were lovely and helpful. Gym and laundry were a nice bonus for a small hotel. 2 minutes drive or 5 mins walk from ferry terminal. Only downside was the rear rooms look onto the back of other buildings, but didn’t bother us as we were out and about most of the day.

we had a gorgeous apartment on the 2nd floor with fantastic views of the sea, amazing location 5 mins walk from the ferry terminal and the town centre is very close, the bus stop is right outside the hotel which is handy, we even got an email from the hotel asking what we would like in our welcome pack, That was a lovely touch, we are already considering booking again

This apartment had a beautiful bay window view of the sea and the little castle in the bay. There is a small lift which was great for bringing up luggage. There was a fully stocked kitchen and they provided bread, butter, jam and some cake/cookies, coffee and tea. The reception was able to print our boarding tickets, as apparently IOM airport doesn't take boarding tickets from mobile devices for some reason.

Lovely stay

The apartments are very comfortable and it looks like they were recently renovated. In good condition and with lovely amenities. There was a basket full IOM complimentary breakfast stuff.

Wonderful place to stay in Douglas, Isle of Man

This facility is superb. My accommodation consisted of a living room, bedroom with en suite and a small kitchen. The bedroom and living room were spotless. I had a view out to the sea. The kitchen was very useful and was provided with tea, coffee, bread, butter/margarine and cakes. Very highly recommended.

Clean, nice property. Staff was very good, attentive and helpful. Property was too cold, so they brought us a space heater, but only serves one room, not both really. No exhaust fan in bath, so very wet everything after showering. Cramped slow old elevator. Recommend as long as you don't mind stairs or not claustrophobic. If you like to be warm just ask for the space heater before you even get there. Keep the bathroom window cracked a hair when showering. Bed was comfortable. Great view - amazing to see the tide difference .
