"An older hotel that served our purpose well for a one-night stopover. Nothing fancy, but a clean, spacious room with comfortable beds. Self-serve breakfast room with waffle maker, toaster, cereal, juice, milk, and coffee available. Very pleasant staff!"

"I often stay at the Best Western when visiting my son in Merritt. The hotel is always clean and the staff are very kind and helpful. The complementary breakfast is very good, the beds are so comfortable and the sheets are super soft. I always enjoy staying here."

"Its a dated motel. Old toilets and old everything. Staff is nice. Very good location. No plugs near bed for phone, tablet or sleep apnea machines. I had extension cord A/C unit was hard to figure out. Parking was good. Breakfast was good. Sausage everyday, no bacon or ham. Very basic. Not going to stay here again."

"Great desk staff. She walked back to my room to tutor me on tv remotes. Owners are trying hard to update motel. Unfortunately, inconsiderate guests are damaging new door casing and locks. One guest from a work crew smoked a cigar 2 doors down. Yuck! Just wish breakfast was bit bigger. Will return."

"If you want to sleep, I recommend finding a different hotel. If you want to sing karaoke on a Friday night, then yeah maybe this is the place for you. The music at the attached pub was loud until 2am. On the plus side, the staff was helpful at check in, and it’s pet friendly. On the downside, the door and window are thin and let through all outside noise including loud music from the attached pub."
