“We are a family of 5, with 3 teens. We had so much space in really clean and comfortable surroundings. Communication was excellent and Martine and Jean were good hosts. The pool area with outdoor kitchen was lovely and peaceful and the garage with ping pong a treat! Would recommend to families or groups. We would return ( and remember all our belongings next time! - thank you Martine!) ”

“Das Häuschen liegt idyllisch mitten im Ort. Trotz, dass Bahn und Autobahn Luftlinie keinen Kilometer entfernt sind hört man, wenn überhaupt, dann nur ein Rauschen. Die Glocken von Burg und Kirche hört man gut. Das war für uns aber angenehm. Die Burgruine direkt gegenüber ist so schön 😍 Was man in einem so kleinen Dorf natürlich auch oft hört sind Hunde. Aber auch das gehört für uns dazu. Zum Haus selbst: Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Schlafcouch ist nur etwas für fitte junge Leute.……

“Nous avons passé de super vacances en famille (enfant de 3 ans) dans ce gîte. Le village est vraiment très calme et proche à la fois de la mer mais également du lac de Jouarres pour la baignade.”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung besitzt einen rustikalen Charme, ist aber komfortabel. Von der großzügigen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, dennoch sind sehr viele interessante Ziele schnell zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“We've stayed with 8 friends in the house and had a really great time. The only room for improvement would be that the upper floor is getting really hot during summer, even with Sylvies cooling instruction, but I guess you can't avoid that during summer in France. Another point is that we had some really large spiders and centipede in the house, but I guess that's normal on the countryside as well. Especially since it's recommended to open the windows during the night for that cooling effect.……

“La maison est tres efficace pour 20 personnes: nombres de chambre et de salles de bain, taille de la piscine, les nombreux endroit pour prendre les diner, les nombreux feigos. Je recommande cette maison.”

“Great location by the Canal du Midi, which has a cycle route alongside. We cycled in both directions, and another day took the bikes by car to cycle further away. Also good access to Carcassonne and supermarkets by car. Comfortable gite, looks just like the photos. Enough kitchen equipment and a three-ring induction hob for eating in. Good-sized fridge and freezer. Despite being quite windy during our stay we still managed to use the table tennis table and the pool. Quiet and relaxing place to……

“Lovely house, pictures are not completely accurate. Owner does only speak french, which didn't bother us, but just be aware. Everythin was lovely and Nadine was perfectly hospitable. I will say France sweet villas weren't as on the ball as they should be. I asked multiple times to confirm the comfort kits and we were told it was done, however, when we got there, the lovely lady told us no one had communicated this to her, she was very apologetic and helpful.”
