“I have never stayed in a hotel room which does not have a window, so that was a first! Dark and noisy. Never again.”

“Absolutely lovely stay. Upon arrival to your departure staff are truly kind and helpful. I asked about car rentals and the front desk shopped around for a few options to offer me to suit my needs. Shernada and Heather at the front desk were lovely. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped while the property grounds were well manicured. A lovely stay and would come back again.”

“Close to beach, grocery, restaurants.”

Everything we ate from, breakfast, lunch or dinner was enjoyable. The staff were always able to help with any questions and direct you in anyway they could. “⭐️⭐️ 2/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. I booked The Sands Barbados expecting a 4-star experience, but based on my stay, I would rate it closer to 2 stars. Two days before arrival, I called to advise that I would be checking in early. I was told my room would not be ready but that I could use the restaurant and bar while waiting. On arrival, I was told I could not access the restaurant or facilities until officially……
