“Amy was more than accommodating during our stay as there were a few issues with the unit. After the fridge went out we were provided with a mini fridge to accommodate our groceries. We were staying for a week so we had a few. Cooking utensils are limited, so plan accordingly. We had a unique stay and some unfortunate incidents none of which were the fault or the host. She did her best to make us comfortable.”

“Ok”

“Lovely stay; everything worked as it should; I would be happy to stay here again.”

“Hotel staff is super nice. They have breakfast and from Mon to Thursday they also have happy hour with wine & food free of charge.”

“Location is very convenient for our bi-annual convention visit to the York area. That said, while the staff seems to be trying hard, it is hard to cover up a very well worn hotel. Gouges in public hallways, patched walls, filthy carpets in common areas, TV problems, etc Just plain shabby”

“The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.”

“good”

“Clean room.”

“The bedding is somewhat worn.”

“Great experience”

“Very clean and relaxing”

“The staff was great except the manager that was no where to be found. The property was clean. Breakfast was boring. While we were there the boiler was broken??? So no hot water or water pressure. We were there for 3 days and got a hot shower the last day. I know that this is not the staffs fault. But I left a message for the manager and she never contacted us. We are going to be traveling to that area often and we will be finding a different place.”
