「Lovely, quiet house at the end of a short road in the eastern Tampa area. Plenty of space between houses. Easy access to IH 75. AC kept the house very comfortable. Lots of living space even though we only needed two of the three nice-sized bedrooms. Kitchen table has a nice view of the backyard. We enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels while eating our breakfast.」

「The property was clean, and the host was prompt and attentive with communication. The only thing I would say is there were no paper towels but it was not a big enough deal to call the host about, and the house just seems a little cluttered. Also, the master shower curtain seems a little too short so it was a) hard to keep water from getting out and b) the curtain kept billowing into me when trying to use.Overall, it was a good experience. Thanks.」

「Jonathan was a very attentive host. The house was clean and ready for us. Everything worked well. The pool was very nice. The only recommendation I would give would be to update the main guest bathroom. It was clean and worked fine, but is just dated compared to the rest of the house.」

「House is great for a large group. The home is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Towels were abundant (which is always rare in vacation rentals). The home needs a few interior fixes (garbage disposal, fan remotes, loud beeping noise in a locked closet upstairs) but far superior to staying in a hotel. Close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and Busch Gardens. Would definitely stay here again for a theme park day - was great to come home in the hottest part of the day then return in the...
