The only real downside was the location which was up at the top of a very steep road which a lot less accessible than portrayed. However, the views from the property were amazing and it was nice to be away from the crazy traffic and noise of Ella town. ”

The difficulty is getting to the property is no tuk tuk can get you there unless you pay 1,500+ rupees. You can save yourself the headache if you take the stairs. 150km of stairs. “Transport to the location from the train station was an issue, this could be due to the number of tourist that were also on the train trying to get a taxi or tuk tuk. It took just under an hour walk to Nine Arches Bridge. It was a pleasant walk alongside the road. The property is a new build and has a lovely view of Ella Rock. ”

It's poorly run by unprofessional staff.The private villas are remotely situated, access is very difficult and there is also a feeling of insecurity. A lace tied to a door was used as lock.
