“This is a very cozy and quiet place in the South Bend area about 10 minutes from Notre Dame. There are horses on property which are nice to look at and thick woods behind. The house is fully loaded with everything you need, towels, pots and pans, cooking utensils, glasses, etc. There is even a grill on the porch. The tv has basic channels, and the wifi is strong and reliable. The owner is a nice lady and will try to assist with whatever accommodations you need. It can easily sleep a large……

“Stayed for a work retreat in Berrien Springs”

“My friend and I had a great mom’s getaway with my dog at this very CLEAN and quiet property. It has a great view of the Lake and a nice balcony to enjoy the views. The hosts are quick to respond, and available for questions but did not attempt to intrude on our quiet getaway in any way. We have stayed at this property in the past and both stays were great! We would definitely return again. We were just sad the weather didn’t allow us be able to enjoy fun in the water.”

“I would stay here again. The check in was easy and the lady was nice. I was even able to check in an hour early. There’s no door key to worry about loosing. The code is specific to each renter. There is a good pool in the back. I also saw a grill and a bonfire pit. It is very close to Weko Beach. There’s a great restaurant within walking distance. “The Yale security door lock wasn't working properly. I was locked in my room and couldn't open the door to get out. The manager (who was very nice and apologetic) had trouble getting it unlocked as well. Almost had to crawl through the window to get out. Since they were at capacity, there was no other room available. I moved to another room the next night and no problems. The air conditioning units were loud but worked well. This is an old but remodeled property.”

“We love the house and the back yard. The house was very clean and tidy and also adorable. Also, there were beach towels and beach chairs which was fantastic! We certainly used them on the beach. We were in town for a wedding and it was a very comfortable place for us to stay and easy access to where we needed to be.”

“Fabulous time. Many water accessories offered which made it very enjoyable for our kiddos. Bring your fishing poles!! One of my kiddos pulled out 28 fish just from the dock! Super quiet back on the channel. Kitchen fully stocked and very clean! Downsides : No washclothes for showers. Bring your own. No ladder to climb out of water onto dock. No chairs at firepit. NO DATA and very weak wifi. Other than the few downsides which are minor other than the wifi it is a fabulous house and location.……
