"Awful. Front dest won’t work with you at all. "

"Staff at checkout not very friendly. Didn’t greet me nor did she get up out of her chair. I put the key on the counter and she says “I can’t reach it” so I had to push it over to the edge cause I guess she couldn’t get up out of her chair! "

"Apple juice was watered down for the entire stay even though I informed the breakfast area worker on the second day. We were only able to get local channels on the TV during our entire stay as most cable channels were unavailable due to an outage. We were able to watch part of an NCAA tournament game on the TV in the breakfast area."

"The rooms were nice, but the beds were very hard. The shower had little water pressure. My wife had trouble rinsing out her hair. "

"Staff were friendly but property and rooms are dated and very limited options even for a continental breakfast setup "

"Neighbors on the first night were entirely too loud, and the door was incredibly thin to the point it sounded like it wasn’t even there. I had to switch rooms at 4:30am just to be able to sleep. New room wasn’t much better. The toilet was not screwed down at all. The toilet seat had one screw in it. The floors were dirty. When I brought up my issues with the first room to the staff, I didn’t understand a single thing he was saying because he mumbled all his words. The elevators were dirty and had dirty footprints on the interior of it. Would not stay here again, definitely would not recommend it in the slightest. "

"We couldn’t use the pool and no one cleaned our rooms during or stay . Overall very dirty place ."

"The pull out bed was very dirty like the sheets had not been cleaned in a while the sheets had not been washed either. Overall the room looked clean but when you got in to the bed was not so much."
