"Terrible!!! The door to our room had been kicked open at least once. There were prostitutes visiting the truck drivers in the lot outside the building and we felt so uncomfortable and unsafe there that we left a day early. When we requested a refund for the day we didn’t stay the staff had no clue ..."

"Exceptionally helpful employees, both at the desk and the cleaning staff. Super friendly! The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from the hot springs and from several restaurants and shops. It is an old school hotel, nothing fancy but everything was clean and comfortable. I would stay again."
