「ALL staff that we encountered was exceptional and what you would expect from a hotel as nice as the Fidelity. Superior double queen bed was perfect for my family of 3 and CLEAN. Short walk to a lot of restaurants, the ballpark & a lot of the city’s downtown attractions. We will definitely stay here again!」

「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. 「There is no onsite parking, but there is plenty of metered street parking and several lots and garages in the immediate area. Our stay was great with the only issue being the WiFi password (kind of a minor issue) but we got immediate responses to our email about that. Would definitely use this suite again.」

After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances.
