“No very unprofessional needs updated and cleaned up shower was nasty and stained there were roaches in the room air conditioning didn’t work properly will never stay there again ”

“Room was amazing! Breakfast was out of ths world. Ian need an awesome cleaning, showing us around and made the best cookies. Will be back and I highly recommend stayinh here if going to Senoia and surrounding areas!”

“The interior of the room itself was clean and the family that runs the hotel was very nice and helpful however the walls are paper thin could hear the man next door on the phone all night, the hallways reeked like smoke and marijuana even tho our room was non smoking, there was no elevator and I had a bad knee and only room available was 2nd floor. High stairs was an issue but we made it after 3 nights. Just be aware of those issues. ”

“Three hours away from home the hotel turned me and my family (a newborn and a toddler) away for a mishap on their part! Said we could just wait for an Unspecified amount of time and be late to our event and refused to simply put us in another room that was available stating it MUST be the one we booked that they didn’t have cleaned and ready. Refused a refund or any sort of compensation because we booked though hotels.com (they claimed it was Expedia) and not directly with the hotel. ”

“Excellent check-in. 2nd floor hallway smelled like dirty diapers. TV did not work as someone cut the cable on the back of the device. Manager said she would credit our bill. Did not happen and when I questioned the front desk at checkout the response was “I’m sorry, but because you booked through Expedia, there is nothing we can do”. Srsly? Is this the agreement between Expedia and the hotels they represent? Is that information in Expedia’s fine print?”
