「I've already bragged on the staff (thanks Erin Hartery & staff) We checked in (after 12 noon & left the resort @ 7pm) on the same day. Enough said on that. We are awaiting a refund for our second day of unused stay which pm mgr Erin will be adeptly handling. One thing to remember: "things happen BEYOND the hotel's control...but the SERVICE RECOVERY is what the guest walks away with...in the end, AND DRIVES A RETURN VISIT.」

「Great little boutique hotel with an amazing location, restaurants onsite and within walking distance. The beach was just across the street and the hotel provides chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart. Plus bicycles! Very comfortable rooms, although our mattress was a bit on the firm side. We highly recommend this boutique hotel」

「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we...

「Visited 8 days starting June 8, 2026. We enjoyed everything about star suites. Amazing place , clean, affordable, comfortable rooms with nice bathroom , shower and kitchenette. Free coffee in the morning, with cold drinks on the house all day. 24 hour front desk service,snacks available , dog friendly and plenty of property for dog bathroom walking. Premises are 5-15 minutes to everything you need, groceries, shopping, free beach parking everywhere, lots of restaurants and parks. I’m coming back...

「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!」

「We have come here twice now while in town for the weekend. The staff is always welcoming and kind. The hotel is very clean and has a fresh scent…it doesn’t have a humid and musty feel the way other hotels tend to have. The breakfast offered was very good and kept well stocked. We will be here often during our travels to this town. Thank you for providing an excellent stay while we are exhausted from our travels.」

Second night, the shared balcony had drunk party-ers right outside door until 2 am. Walls and ceilings so thin we heard everything…. And I do mean everything!! 「Everything was perfect.. clean and comfortable. Host responded quickly when I had questions. Bonus… was able to top off my Plug in Hybrid.. Nice to start off with an extra 50 electric miles when heading home… There is a Tiki bar diagonally across the street. Was traveling with a 4 year old and immediately had concerns with loud music… but no issue as we had a room just in the front door to the right.. once both doors were closed we didn’t hear any of the music.
